I am a United States Navy Veteran, which led me to begin my journey in the culinary field.
It is all about the journey of a student's experience. I enjoy teaching foundations in culinary arts, including knife skills, and cooking techniques, as I feel that with a strong foundation, students have so much more to draw from moving forward.
